Upside Down Cherry Cheesecake

Ready for another recipe that will have your mouth watering by the end of my post & have you rushing to the grocery store for the ingredients?  Well, you're in luck because I have just the thing! There's a printable recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • 2 Cans of Pillsbury Roll Dough
  • Can of Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 (8oz) block of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease up a 13 x 9 pan with butter or cooking spray.
  • Roll out one can of the dough & lay it on the bottom of your pan.
  • Open up that can of cherry pie filling & pour it on to the dough.
  • Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar together with a hand blender or kitchen aid mixer. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cherries.
  • Lay the remaining package of Pillsbury rolls on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  • Melt the butter and then add sugar and cinnamon. Pour it over your dessert then place in the over for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool completely, then enjoy! Keep refrigerated.

I forgot to take a picture of what it looks like on the inside, but trust me, it looks great! I hope that you enjoy this incredibly easy dessert :)
